When it comes to purchasing anything online, it is typically a "no refund" or "no cancellation" process. However, Real Embedded understands there are some instances that some cannot avoid. Everything here is handmade and made to order. Real Embedded strives to meet all customers needs and your satisfaction is our highest priority.
You may cancel an order within the first 3 DAYS of the initial order date. After the 3 DAYS, there is NO cancelling to be done as the order has been started. Thank you for understanding as we understand your circumstances!
About Real Embedded
When I first started manufacturing candles, I discovered that producing the embeds was much more enjoyable than making the candles themselves. So I began to create wax embeds and posted a few things on social media, and as a result, Real Embedded was established.
